Privacy, Shipping and Refund/Return Policies
Customer and
Visitor Privacy:
Under no
circumstances will ANY customer or visitor information be given out,
sold or shared in any way,
shape or form. We stand faithfully by this
policy and will never violate it.
Shipping:
We ship via United
States Postal Service. Credit card orders usually ship within 2-3 business of order submission. USA holidays will also delay shipping
schedule to the first mailing day
following the holiday.
Orders paid via check in the mail will ship
once the check has cleared. Orders paid via money orders will ship upon
receipt or soon thereafter.
- We recycle shipping materials as
often as possible and hope that you can recycle it too. Our own products
are packaged in plain containers to minimize waste.
Where do we ship?
We ship to the continental USA, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. We are no longer shipping overseas due to custom
restrictions and high delivery failure rate.
Returns and Refunds:
If a
product proves to be defective it must be returned to us and a refund will be
issued. In the case of a truly defective product we will refund the return
postage to the customer. You must let us know as
soon as possible if you have received a defective product. Please contact us via
email stating what is wrong to: sales@ghorganics.com
We will then issue an approval and a return merchandise authorization number for the product to be returned,
and provide instructions on how to
return it.
We are not responsible for the misuse of any products. Furthermore we cannot
be responsible for the performance of a product due to the inconsistent
variables of weather, application methods, degree of insect or disease
infestation and the use of a product other than what the manufacturer intended.
Any products that are mistakenly ordered by the customer and then returned
will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Unless it is our error, customer will
be responsible for ALL shipping expenses. All items must be in original and
resaleable condition, and packed in the original manner. If protective wrapping
or seals are broken, no credit will be issued. If there is breakage on return
because of inadequate packaging no credit will be issued.
If you wish to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible by sending
an email to: sales@ghorganics.com
In the event that we send an incorrect order to the customer we will make
every effort to get the correct order to you as quickly as we can. We are human
and mistakes do happen. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have not
received what you ordered or if your order has not shown up. We will reimburse
the customer for any return order postage
incurred on any orders that we have sent in error.
